Special Membership Meeting to vote on proposed Amended and Restated Bylaws

The primary purpose of the bylaw amendments is to strengthen the resolution process by expanding membership engagement opportunities in the process. We believe these updates will promote greater inclusivity and accountability within our governance structure.

During the meeting, we will:

• provide an overview of the proposed bylaws changes;
• discuss how the amendments impact the resolution process;
• answer member questions; and
• hold a formal vote on the adoption of the Amended and Restated Bylaws.
