Please select the year of practice you are in based on the date of your last residency or fellowship.

If you wish to include a specialty society membership, be sure to select the applicable society in addition to 'Northeast County Medical Society Membership'.

LEVEL	DESCRIPTION
Physician Active	Physicians that are 5+ years from the last residency/fellowship.
Physician 4th Year	Physicians that are four years post residency/fellowship.
Physician 3rd Year	Physicians that are three years post residency/fellowship.
Physician 2nd Year	Physicians that are two years post residency/fellowship.
Physician 1st Year	Physicians that are one year post residency/fellowship.
Physician Associate	Retired/semi-retired physicians who have been in practice 20+ years and a NMA member for at least five consecutive years.
Physician Emeritus	Retired/semi-retired physicians who have been in practice 40+ years and a NMA member for at least five consecutive years.
